How we work
You do not need to know where to start, or what to ask for. That is the part we do first. Here is the rest of it, start to finish, with nothing held back for later.
We will tell you when something is not worth doing
Plenty of things that could be built should not be, because running them costs more than the annoyance they remove. No jargon, no BS: if a piece of the plan stops earning its place, you hear it from us rather than find it on the invoice.
The whole thing, in order
A first conversation, which costs nothing
Tell us what is eating your week. You do not need a specification, and you do not need to know whether AI is even the answer. Working that out is the job.
We understand the business first
How the work comes in, how it gets priced, where the same information is typed in twice, and what happens when the person who knows is on holiday. That is what decides where AI actually pays you back.
A written proposal, with a fixed price
What gets built, what it costs, and what is not included, agreed before any work starts. If a smaller piece gets you most of the benefit, the proposal says so, even though it is worth less to us.
We build it
We build the software ourselves. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor, so you deal directly with whoever builds your system.
We test it, including the quiet failures
The one we look hardest for is silent: a check that reports nothing found when it fails looks identical to success. So we test that the thing ran, not only what it came back with.
We document it
What it does, how it does it, and what to do when something needs changing. Part of the work, not an extra line on the invoice.
We hand it over
Full handover, and no lock-in beyond any stated minimum. Monthly options exist afterwards, but they are a choice rather than a condition.
Money, in one paragraph
Fixed price, agreed before anything starts. No day rates, no hourly billing, full documentation and handover, and no lock-in beyond any stated minimum. Websites and the standard pieces of work have published prices; bespoke systems are priced individually, after a review, because quoting them blind would be a guess.
Start with the annoying bit
You do not need a brief, a budget or a plan. Describe the part of the week you dread and we will tell you whether there is anything worth doing about it.
