Services and prices
No jargon, no BS: the prices are on the page, so you can work out what something costs without asking a person first. Where a price genuinely cannot be published, we say so rather than invent a range.
Before any of it
The first conversation costs nothing.
You do not need to know what AI can do for you, or which of the below you want. Write down what is eating your week, send it, and you get a straight answer back, including when the answer is that nothing here is worth doing.
Published prices
The number you see is the number you pay, agreed in writing before anything starts.
Website
Built, written, wired up to analytics, and live.
A site built to be found and to produce enquiries: pages you can add to yourself, analytics wired up properly, and enquiry tracking so you can tell where the work is coming from. One price, agreed before we start.

Website looked after
Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, security, and the small changes you will want.
The unglamorous part, handled, without a quote every time a phone number changes. One annual price, and you can stop at the end of any year.
a year
Website that does something
Accounts, payments, integrations, dashboards, automated email.
A site that does a job rather than describes one: customer accounts, taking payment, joining up whatever else you run, dashboards, and email that goes out on its own at the right moment.
Efficiency review
Where your time and money are going, what is fixable, and what fixing it is worth.
We go through how the business actually runs, not how the org chart says it runs, and write it down: where the time and money go, what is fixable, what fixing it costs and what it is worth. Yours to act on with or without us.
fixed, about a week
Search and AI visibility
Ranking work, plus being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini.
Ongoing work on being found: ranking in search, and separately, being the source the assistants quote when someone asks about your line of business. Related jobs, not the same job.
per month
Work that is priced individually
A quoting system for a scaffolding company and a hire system for office furniture look similar from a distance and are nothing alike up close, so these two are scoped after we understand the problem. Then you get a fixed price in writing, and the same rules apply.
Bespoke systems
Quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, stock and asset tracking, scheduling, dashboards, document processing, integrations.
Software built for one business: yours. Including joining up the systems you already pay for, so they stop needing a human to copy between them.
Embedded partner
Continuous work on efficiency, cost and revenue.
Not a project with an end date. Continuous work on efficiency, cost and revenue, from inside the business rather than delivering to it. Three months minimum, because nothing useful happens in less.
minimum of three months
How the money works
Six rules, and they apply to everything on this page.
A fixed price, agreed before anything starts
If the scope changes, we agree a new number before that work happens, not after it appears on an invoice.
No day rates, no hourly billing
You are buying an outcome, not time. Hourly billing rewards whoever is slowest and makes you hesitate before asking a question.
Documentation and handover included
Written down properly and handed over as part of the price. If you want to take it elsewhere afterwards, you can.
No lock-in beyond a stated minimum
Today that is the three-month minimum on the embedded partner tier. Monthly services stop when you say they stop.
You deal with whoever is building it
We build the software ourselves, so nothing gets lost between the person who understood the problem and the person building the answer.
We will tell you when it is not worth doing
Sometimes the honest answer is that the return does not justify it, and you should hear that before you spend, not after.
Not sure which of those it is
Most people are not, and working that out is our job. Describe the thing that has annoyed you for years, or the idea you have never got built, and we will tell you which of the above it is, or that it is none of them.
