I do not do day rates or billable hours. Every project gets a fixed price based on scope and complexity. You know what you are paying before we start, and that number does not change unless you change the scope.

The initial call costs nothing. I use it to understand your situation and give you my honest first impressions. If there is a fit, I will follow up with a detailed proposal. If not, you have lost nothing but fifteen minutes.
No Lock-in Contracts
For ongoing advisory, the minimum commitment is three months. After that, it is month-to-month. For project work, you pay as milestones are completed. I earn your continued business by delivering results.
