1. Services
DaveKnowsAI provides AI consulting services including strategy, implementation, training, auditing, and advisory. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Engagement Terms
All consulting engagements are governed by a separate statement of work or proposal document. These terms apply generally to the use of this website and any initial conversations prior to a formal engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of DaveKnowsAI. Deliverables created during consulting engagements become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Business details, data, and strategies shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit permission. Case studies are published only with client consent.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each engagement proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality advice and solutions, AI consulting involves emerging technology and inherent uncertainties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rates. Any deposits paid for work not yet started will be refunded in full.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
